  • Salesforce & Zoho consulting for growing teams

Your business doesn't need more software. It needs better systems.

CRMs don't solve business problems. Processes do. I help small businesses build the systems, reporting, and workflows that make their CRM worth paying for.

There are thousands of Salesforce admins. Far fewer can walk into a company and figure out why leads aren't converting, why nobody trusts the reports, or why the CRM became a mess. That's what I actually do.

Who I work with

Sound familiar?

You don't need a massive enterprise contract. You need someone who gets it,

asks the right questions, and actually builds the thing.

  1. “I have no idea where my leads are.”
  2. “We bought software and it didn't solve anything.”
  3. “Nobody follows the process.”
  4. “Everything depends on one person — and that person is me.”
  5. “Our data is a disaster and I don't know where to start.”

For growing businesses with 2 to 50 employees ready to get organized.

What I do

Build the ops foundation your business actually needs.

No enterprise complexity. No overselling. Just the right structure for where you are right now.

01

CRM Setup & Migration

Starting fresh or moving platforms? I set you up correctly from the beginning so you don't inherit someone else's mess.

02

Operations Foundation

Clean data, clear processes, and documented systems your whole team can follow, so you're not the only person who built them.

03

Automation & Integrations

Still doing things manually that could run on their own? I build flows and connect your tools so everything works together automatically.

04

Reporting & Visibility

You can't manage what you can't see. I build dashboards and reports so you always know what's happening across your business.

05

Training & Support

I don't just build and leave. I train your team so they can trust the system and actually maintain it long term.

Experience

I've spent ten years fixing the messfrom the inside.

Before consulting, I was the person companies handed a broken Salesforce org to. That's where the pattern behind this practice came from.

200+

Unused fields removed

Along with collapsing 20 to 40 page layouts per object down to two to four maintainable ones. Complexity is what makes a CRM unusable.

New org

Built from scratch, then run

Designed and built a Salesforce environment, migrated and cleaned the legacy data, then owned it for five departments and about 200 users.

Three

Environments administered simultaneously

Two production Salesforce orgs, one B2B and one consumer-facing, plus the Zoho environment beside them and the plan to migrate one into the other. Basic administration of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence at the same time.

Platforms I work with

The right tool for where you are

Salesforce Sales Cloud

When leads and deals live across spreadsheets, emails, and sticky notes, things slip. Sales Cloud puts your whole pipeline in one place, automates follow-up, and gives you reporting that reflects what's actually happening.

 Salesforce Service Cloud

When customer issues live in inboxes and group chats, tracking and resolving them gets messy. Service Cloud turns every request into something logged, assigned, and followed through to resolution.

Zoho CRM

Same idea as Salesforce, one place for leads, deals, and customer info, but built for businesses that aren't ready for Salesforce pricing. A real CRM without the enterprise price tag.

 Zoho One

Most businesses end up with separate tools for accounting, projects, support, and sales that don't talk to each other. Zoho One handles dozens of these under one login, so data moves between them instead of getting re-entered everywhere.

Not sure whether Salesforce or Zoho makes sense? Reach out anyway, there's a good chance I can still help.

Exploring a smaller CRM?

Let's explore that together.

I love Salesforce, it has shaped my entire career and it's a genuinely phenomenal product. But it isn't always the right fit, and I'll never oversell you on something that doesn't match where you are right now.

That's where Zoho comes in. I've worked in Zoho for over three and a half years across CRM, operations, and documentation. You get so much in one platform for a fraction of the cost, and it's genuinely easy to use.

If your budget doesn't fit Salesforce right now, that doesn't mean you have to settle. It means we find the right tool for where you actually are.

The Process

How I work

Step 1

Understand the problem

I start with your business, not your software, what's broken, why, and what actually needs to change.

Step 2

Build the right foundation

Clean data, clear processes, dashboards that show what matters. No overbuilding, just what you need.

Step 3

Train the team

Your team learns who owns what, and how to keep things running without me.

Step 4

Improve over time

Your business grows, your systems should too. I stay on as a partner who keeps improving the setup.

About

Hi, I'm Marie.

I started in Salesforce administration and grew into RevOps, systems design, reporting, and process improvement. After years inside growing companies across Salesforce and Zoho, I kept seeing the same pattern: businesses buying more software to solve problems that were really about structure, not tools.

I help smaller teams get it right from the start. No bloated enterprise contracts. No jargon. Just clear structure, real visibility, and systems that actually fit how you work.

Aloha isn't just a name. It's the approach. Understanding first. Solutions second.
